The majority of attractions ask guests to use a contactless bank card instead of cash. This initial operational change was trialed as a result of the pandemic due to ongoing health and safety concerns over the handling of cash. Most of our guests have embraced this and they are made aware in advance of visiting our attractions. Other options are available for guests to make payments such as using our NO FEE cash to card machines.

We will always try and work with our guests to ensure we can find a solution for those unable to use card payments and ask that those guests who have those requirements contact guest services to discuss options before they visit.
