Planing A Visit

Adults must be accompanied by children to enter LEGOLAND Discovery Center. We will host exclusive adult nights for our Adult Fans of LEGO without children!

All children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we limit the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. The best way of ensuring your family's entry is by reserving your tickets online (while receiving special online discounts)!

We encourage families to interact together and explore their imagination and creativity through a world of open play, and therefore visits are not guided. The typical visit takes 2-3 hours, but you are welcome to stay for as long as you wish.

We do not allow outside food or beverage, unless caring for babies or food allergies in children.

LEGOLAND Discovery Center encourages guests to enjoy deliciously fresh foods and snacks, as well as coffee beverages and ice cold sodas in our Cafe.

Yes, we are fully accessible for visitors with disabilities and wheelchair users. We do not provide wheelchair or stroller rentals at our attraction.

Yes. We ensure that there are always staff members at the LEGOLAND Discovery Center who are trained in first aid.

We are stroller friendly, with family bathrooms with diaper changing facilities.

As with many businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation with regards to the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus and are in regular contact with health authorities. The advice from the health authorities has not changed, so our business is operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on bookings continue to apply.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. As such, and in line with general public health guidance, we have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Center and increased the availability of hand sanitization products, and we ask all guests to observe good hygiene practices during their stay with us.

If you are planning on visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Center from an area that has been directly affected by the coronavirus AND if you are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus (for example:  fever, cough, breathlessness), we please politely ask that do not visit LEGOLAND Discovery Center and instead contact immediately your local health authority or doctor for further advice and instruction. Please then contact LEGOLAND Discovery Center or your travel agent, regarding your booking.

We ask all our guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene while visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Center. There are simple things you can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:

  • Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • Putting used tissues in the bin immediately
  • Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitizer gel
  • Trying to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.

Throughout LEGOLAND Discovery Center, we have placed additional hand sanitizers in convenient locations for guests, and we politely ask that you use them regularly.

If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of six feet where possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

A walk-up complimentary ticket is available for licensed ADA caregivers that accompany a person with a disability into LEGOLAND Discovery Center
